About the summit
The EV Summit started as forty people in a workshop arguing about charging cables. It is now the largest gathering for electric-vehicle owners in this part of Europe, and it has kept the same rule: everything on the programme has to be useful to somebody who owns the car, not only to somebody who sells one.
Friday is the working day — grid connections, fleets, standards, the awkward economics. Saturday is the owners' day, with clinics, buying advice and the test track running all afternoon. You are welcome at either, or both.

Independent garages, wallbox installers and workshop staff. The Workshop room is written for you and the sessions are hands-on.

Anyone planning around charging at scale — depots, municipalities, cooperatives, network operators and the people writing the rules.
Programme
Three rooms run at the same time: the Main stage for talks, the Workshop room for hands-on sessions capped at forty people, and the Test track outside. Registration, lunch, coffee and the Friday drinks are shared — nothing is programmed against them, so you can plan your day around the breaks.

Getting there
The Leaf Event Hall, Assesteenweg 12, 1740 Ternat
By car — twelve minutes from the ring road, signposted from the exit. 400 spaces, 40 of them with 11 kW charging. By train — Ternat station is a fifteen-minute walk, or take the shuttle that meets every train between 08:15 and 09:45. By bike — covered racks by the main door, and a repair stand if you need one on the way home.

The summit is free because these people pay for the room, the coffee and the demo fleet.

Nothing. Entry is free — we ask you to register so we can count lunches, test-drive slots and seats in the workshop room.
No. Roughly a third of the people who come are still deciding, and a good part of Saturday is written for them.
No. Register once and come to whichever day suits you — your badge will be at the desk either way.
Yes. 400 spaces on the north side, 40 of them with 11 kW charging, free while you are at the summit. First come, first served.
The track is for the demo fleet only, for insurance reasons. Bring your car anyway — the owners' parking is where half the conversations happen.
Yes, on both days, with vegetarian and vegan options. Tell us about allergies when you register and the kitchen will sort it out.
Yes, and they come free. Under-12s need to stay with an adult anywhere near the test track.
Main stage sessions are filmed and go online about two weeks afterwards. Workshops are not recorded, so that people can ask awkward questions.
